The hotel was reasonably large, with very pleasant and welcoming staff and marvellous location on summit of Stelvio Pass. Our twin room was warm and outstanding, had mountain view. Location: the venue was not far from the main ski area so very handy, shops, and the ski lift...

Excellent staff, most helpful, provided free transfer from Bormio. Beautiful location. Pool and spa area nice.
Paper-thin walls between rooms - neighbours watching tv at reasonable volume made it impossible to sleep. Dining room resembled school canteen from the 70's with plastic chairs. Very limited options on the dinner menu.

Chose hotel due to location at top of Stelvio Pass. The bedroom we were eventually allocated was spacious and clean with a good view of the mountains.
Hotel failed to respond re sportscar parking enquiry. On arrival we were Initially allocated a room with two end-to-end single beds, subsequently rectified. Shower room very small. Poor sound insulation between bedrooms. Dinner menu & breakfast selection very limited. Overall impression is of poor value for money compared with hotels in Bormio or Trafoi and other hotels used this holiday.

Great location and good food
only a small point, but the rooms were a little dark, brighter lamps would have helped

The location is out of this world, with jaw-dropping views of the magnificent Stelvio Pass. Perfect for skiing, and they have on-site ski hire and storage. The rooms were basic but adequate, with some rooms having amazing views from bigger windows. The staff at reception and the bar were super friendly and helpful. The updated and clean bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The coffee and hot drinks from the bar were fabulous and surprisingly not expensive. a fantastic place to stay on top of the Stelvio Pass.
